“ The FLC is located on the third floor of the Sky Plaza right outside of the Main Gate of Misawa Air Base. There is plenty of parking in the front of the building and limited parking in the rear for drop off and pick up. The main doors at the front of the Sky Plaza are generally locked until 10:00a.m. but it is a quick walk around to the rear. The easiest way to get upstairs to the school is by parking in the rear or walking around to the back of the building. There as a door marked staff only. You may enter here and take the elevator on your right or the stairs to get to the third floor.”
